Grenier Automobile is looking for a Call Center Agent-SERVICE to complete its team!
Task description
- Make appointments for the service department;
- Confirm appointments;
- Answer incoming calls from the service;
- Make outgoing calls (promotional campaign, interview reminder, etc.);
- Collaborate with the mechanical department team;
- As needed, any other related tasks.
Experience required
- auto mechanic service (an asset)
Salary: 18$/h-$20/h + bonus
