- Open work orders
- Close work orders
- Prepare next day's appointments and manage fleet of courtesy vehicles
- Take calls and make appointments

- Follow up on parts on order

- Understand how to apply manufacturer's warranty including prepaid maintenance plans

- Make extended warranty requests

- Manage multiple computer platforms
