Job Description :

• Respond to requests for information and assist potential and existing customers from our different websites in their shopping experience;
• Make an appointment by communicating with customers by email, phone and text;
• Receive incoming calls;
• Achieve quality and performance standards in customer contact management and recovery;
• If necessary, any other related tasks

The requirements:

• Experience in customer service (essential);
• Ability and speed to work with different computer and telephone systems (essential);
• Quality of French and English, both oral and written (deemed essential);
• Knowledge or use of CRM (an asset).

Schedule: 17$/h-20$/h + bonus, flexible schedule
